All times are in business days from the moment your order is placed and include both production and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Digital wallpapers are not affected — the download link is emailed immediately after purchase.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Orders over US$85 ship free to all destinations we ship to.

Order Tracking Once your physical order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on your destination and product; when tracking is available, the email will include your tracking number or link.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assist in resolving the issue.
