Digital Products (Wallpapers)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital wallpaper purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. We recommend reviewing the product images, descriptions, and preview files carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience technical issues with downloading your digital product, please contact us at soulkeeper20999@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we will assist you.

Physical Products (Prints & Framed Art)

All Soulkeeper2099 products are made-to-order, custom-printed art pieces.

Because each item is produced individually after your order is placed, your order cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded for personal reasons once it has been submitted and paid, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital wallpapers (once downloaded)
  • All physical prints and framed art (made-to-order/custom-printed)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Color Accuracy & Screen Differences:

  • All product images are professionally photographed and color-corrected to represent the actual print as accurately as possible
  • Please note that colors may vary slightly (typically 5-10%) between your screen display and the physical print due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and printing processes
  • Neon and vibrant colors in our cyberpunk designs are optimized for print, but may appear differently than on backlit screens

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

To Report Damaged/Defective Items:

  1. Contact us at soulkeeper20999@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
  3. Keep the damaged item and all packaging until we confirm the replacement or refund
  4. We will review your case and provide a resolution within 7-10 business days

Return Shipping Details (Damaged/Defective Items Only)

For Damaged or Defective Items: We cover all return shipping costs and will provide instructions for return or replacement. You may be asked to provide additional photos or return the item using a prepaid shipping label we provide.

Shipping Requirements:

  • Use a trackable shipping method if returning damaged items
  • Keep your tracking number until the replacement or refund is processed
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit without tracking

International Orders: For damaged or defective items shipped internationally, we will work with you to find the most cost-effective solution, which may include a replacement shipment or full refund without requiring return of the damaged item.

Refund Processing (Damaged/Defective Items Only)

Once we approve your damaged/defective claim, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, including original shipping charges. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
